How to use your Aroma Bracelet
Your Aroma Bracelet is designed to be used with your favorite wellness roller or essential oil.
Step 1: Breathe
Open the scent you have chosen and bring to your nose, close our eyes and take 3-5 slow deep breathes. Allow the scent to anchor your attention and bring you into the present moment.
Step 2: Roll/Apply your favorite scent
Put the bracelet on and apply your scent of choice to the lava or unfinished wood beads.
Step 3: Set an intention
Take a quiet moment to check in with yourself and set an intention for your day!
